What Style of T-shirts do you offer?
We use a variety of brands, colors, and styles. We carry styles ranging from 6-month-old Baby-one-piece suits to ladies-fitted t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops, up to Men's 6XL.
Where does the Powell Harris Family ship from?
Items may ship from various locations, depending on stock and fulfillment requirements.
Fulfillments may come from Toronto, Ontario (Canada), Buffalo, New York (United States), and Prague (Czechia).
Packages ship via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority to the United States, Canada Post Expedited Parcels (Canada), or SPRING (international).
What method do you use to make the printed T-shirts?
We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to produce your orders.
Can I place bulk orders?
Yes. Simply let us know the number of items you are requesting.
Is there an ethics guideline that you enforce?
We will not print designs that are deemed inappropriate such as explicit graphic nudity, child nudity, or hate material against any creed or race.
What is your print area?
Our maximum printing area is 11" by 15" (or 2200px by 3000px). All designs uploaded are created with this in mind.
What is your daily print capacity?
Our current daily capacity is approximately 5000 prints. This allows us to print and ship out all our orders within 24 business hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are NO hidden fees or membership fees. Only pay for orders that you place.
How we protect your card data
Buyers can save their credit card with POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM to enable one-click purchasing in their Shopping Cart.
Note that POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM does not store credit card data on our servers. All credit card data is encrypted with Moneris' Vault. at www.moneris.com. Saved cards generate a token that can only be used to make purchases on POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM.
How much do products cost?

Different color warning in my shopping cart?
If you are seeing a different color warning in your Shopping Cart, we can further explain why you are getting this.
This warning is simply a warning, letting you know that you, picked a color for the shirt to be printed on, which is different from how it was designed.
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM allows you to upload a single item, which can be printed in almost any style, color, and size. Since we offer such an easy ordering system, sometimes a design may contain a color in the design that won't show up on the color it is being printed on.
As an example, if your design contains all white text and was designed on a black shirt, you may accidentally choose a white shirt, where this design won't be visible.
This warning is an indicator for you to review your order and ensure it can be printed correctly.

POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM currently offers 12 different sizes of t-shirts:
Youth: XSmall, Small and Medium.
Adult: Small to 6 Extra Large.

What brand of shirts do you use?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM currently uses a variety of shirt makes and brands, depending on the style/color/size that you choose, including Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, AlStyle, Rabbit Skin, and more. These products are predetermined for you, based on availability and location.
Do you offer double-sided printing?
Currently, we only offer single-sided printing on our t-shirts. Sellers can request an image be printed on the back of the shirt using the "Print on the back of the T-shirt" option under the order information when creating or editing an order.
How large will my prints be?
The maximum print area for t-shirts is 11" x 15". Files submitted at this size will be printable up to this maximum size.
Print sizes will vary depending on the garment size that is being printed on. Smaller garments will have a reduced print size, while larger area prints may use up to the 11" x 15" print area.

How do I place an order?
Creating an order is very simple through POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM.
Click on the Create Order button on the top right. Fill in your customer information - including name, shipping address, postal/zip, state/province, and country.
Next, your product ID number for the t-shirt ordered, shirt size, color, and quantity will appear on the site.
You can add multiple orders for a single order by clicking on the "+" symbol under Order Entry.
Once finished, click Add to Cart.
How do I pay for an order I placed?
Every order you create will appear under your Shopping Cart. Click the appropriate method of payment button, and submit your payment.
Your cart will automatically be submitted for processing.
How do I know if my item shipped?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your items through the Order History Tab. Each of your previously submitted orders will appear here.
Order processing can take up to 2 business days, excluding new sales, touch-ups, and back-ordered stock.
Each Order # will include the ship date and a tracking number (US-only).
Do you offer a tracking number for orders?
Yes, all orders going to the United States receive a tracking number in real-time. International orders will receive a tracking number that may only be valid in the United States. Local carriers may continue to use the tracking number provided to update delivery information.
How secure are my personal information and my customers?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM uses industry-standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease, or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
What shipping address is used for processing orders?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM uses shipping information provided by each buyer when they use the Create Order button.
Once POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM has received your order, we will ship it to the address provided through the Create Order page. We ship directly to you.
What appears on your shipping labels?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM ships orders directly to your customers in a blank package, containing only your information.
Why doesn't my order have a tracking number?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM tries to provide a tracking number for all outgoing orders. For some addresses that cannot be verified through location software, or the use of a P.O. Box or military address (APO/FPO), tracking numbers may not be provided.
Are there taxes on orders?
All Canadian orders are subject to HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) for orders being shipped within Canada.
An HST tax of between 5% - 15% (varying by province) is included in Canadian orders within your Shopping Cart at checkout.
Are all your shirts pre-treated?
Not all of our shirts require pre-treatment. Darker color shirts with specific designs do require an underbase to ensure the design will last longer and not wash off.
The pre-treatment area is the size of our printing area and easily washes off after the first wash. Your customers should receive a notice inside the package if the pre-treatment is highly visible. This area could look like a large transparent, translucent, square, or rectangle.
The pre-treated area is a non-toxic water-based coating that helps your design last as long as possible.
Can I Cancel An Order?
POWELLHARRISFAMILY.COM allows buyers to cancel orders before they have been printed by our staff.
Every order submitted can be canceled before they have been printed, which can be found under the Order Number information page, located under your Order History. This page contains all the details of your order, including live tracking of your order progress.
To cancel an order, a [Cancel] link will be visible at the top right-hand corner of your order. If this link is not available, it will be too late to cancel or make any changes to this order.
A credit will be applied to your account for the amount of the order once canceled.
What is a Product ID?
Each order is assigned a unique Product ID number. This 7-digit unique number will be used during your ordering process, to let us know which product you want sent.
Multiple tracking numbers?
Multiple tracking number links may be provided for international packages when local carrier information is available.
Multiple tracking links will contain information for local information (within the United States) and destination arrivals. Destination tracking information may only be available once the package reaches its destination country.
Can I make modifications to my order once it has been processed?
Once an order has been paid for, only some modifications may be made. While the item is processing, you can request an address change through the Change Address link in the order details.
To ensure all items are processed quickly, we do not allow modifications to an order once it has been processed, including adding rush shipping, style, color, and size changes.
